Bill and Igor, aren’t there many companies that have been fruitful in the past with interest rates as high or higher than now? My feeling is that some of the resilience is due to this group getting back to business as usual, and bootstraps and all. Most of the fretting might be coming from companies that were designed for the loose money era that was a chimera and is now vanishing.
